These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ('you' or 'user') and Crypto 4 Naira governing your use of our services at crypto4naira.com. By registering for an account or using any of our services, you agree that you have read, understood, and accept all terms outlined herein.

To be eligible to use our services, you must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of Nigeria. You represent and warrant that you are not acting on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party and that you will not use our services for any illegal or fraudulent activities.

To use our services, you must create an account and complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form.

Our KYC process is tiered. Tier 1 requires your email and Bank Verification Number (BVN). Tier 2, for higher transaction limits, requires your National Identification Number (NIN) and a valid government-issued ID. Tier 3, our highest level, requires a biometric selfie liveness check.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Crypto 4 Naira provides a platform that enables you to buy, sell, and swap cryptocurrencies, including BTC, ETH, USDT, and BNB, using Nigerian Naira (NGN). Our services also include a hosted in-app NGN wallet for holding fiat balances.

You can fund your NGN wallet by making transfers to a virtual bank account assigned to you. We act as a platform provider and are not a financial advisor. Any information on our platform should not be construed as investment advice.

You agree to pay the fees applicable to your use of our services, which are disclosed to you prior to confirming any transaction. A full fee schedule is available on our website.

When you request a quote to buy, sell, or swap cryptocurrency, the rate provided is locked for a period of 60 seconds. To proceed with the transaction at that rate, you must confirm your order within this timeframe. If you fail to confirm, the quote will expire, and you will need to request a new one.

Upon your confirmation of a trade, your order will be executed at the locked-in rate. Once an order is submitted to a blockchain network for processing, it cannot be canceled, reversed, or modified.

You acknowledge and agree that blockchain transactions are irreversible. Crypto 4 Naira has no control over any blockchain network and cannot be held responsible for delays, errors, or any other issues related to the network's operation.

You are strictly prohibited from using your Crypto 4 Naira account to engage in any illegal activities or the activities listed below:

Engaging in any prohibited use may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account, freezing of funds, and reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities, including the EFCC.

• Money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Operating an unlicensed money services business.
• Market manipulation, such as pump-and-dump schemes or wash trading.
• Infringing on intellectual property rights.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account.

Crypto 4 Naira reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, freeze, or terminate your account and access to our services, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

We are not liable for any losses you may incur as a result of your account being suspended or terminated in accordance with these terms.

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading KYC information.
• Suspicion of engaging in any Prohibited Activities.
• A requirement to do so by a court order, law enforcement, or regulatory body.

You acknowledge and agree that you understand the significant risks associated with buying, selling, and holding cryptocurrencies. These risks include, but are not limited to, extreme price volatility, regulatory uncertainty in Nigeria, and potential technical vulnerabilities.

The value of cryptocurrencies can fall to zero. You should not invest funds that you cannot afford to lose. Crypto 4 Naira is not liable for any financial losses you may suffer as a result of the inherent risks of cryptocurrency trading.

Crypto 4 Naira may, from time to time, offer a referral program that allows you to earn a bonus of ₦5,000 for each new user you refer. To qualify, the referred user must sign up using your unique referral link and successfully complete specified requirements, such as KYC verification and a minimum transaction volume.

We reserve the right to change, suspend, or terminate the referral program and its terms at any time. Any attempt to abuse the program through fraudulent means, such as creating multiple accounts for yourself, will result in disqualification from the program and potential suspension of all associated accounts.

Our services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without any warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crypto 4 Naira disclaims all warranties and will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or losses you may incur.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crypto 4 Naira, its affiliates, and employees from any claim, demand, or damage, including legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms and Conditions or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria. Before resorting to formal litigation, we encourage you to first contact our support team at support@crypto4naira.com to seek an amicable resolution.

We reserve the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will provide notice of such changes by posting the revised terms on our website and, where appropriate, by notifying you via email. Your continued use of our services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
